Here is an example of a guitar lesson:

Time:
Please try to practice these songs 10-15 minutes per day! You need to practice every day to build up calluses so that your fingers do not hurt as much. Eventually you will be able to practice 20-30 minutes per day without your fingers hurting!
Practice:
Pages 17-19 CHORDS (Strum all 3 strings together)
-Try to play pg 18 with tracks/recordings
Pages 30-31 NOTES (Play the littlest string only)
-Try to play pg 30 with tracks/recordings
-If you have extra time: Try to play only the chords (3 strings) of C and G for the song “Sweet Home Alabama” on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ivl2I_qbyG4

Goal of the Week: To be able to play every song at your own speed accurately.
Higher Goal: To be able to play two songs above with the tracks/recordings. The recordings have a medium tempo (speed), so you need to practice to be able to play as fast and accurate as the recordings.

If these songs are too easy, then play Aloha Oe as well (it uses about the same chords)
